How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging. For wigs, lace must not be cut, trimmed, customized, or altered.
