Hair products must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition and packaging.

For wigs, lace must not be cut, trimmed, customized, or altered.

Because hair products are personal items that come into contact with the scalp and skin, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been worn, installed, washed, altered, customized, or damaged by the customer.
